Includes:

  • Reception lunch reception to be held at the departure location (day 27/12)
  • 3 nights accommodation with breakfast in double or triple accommodation
  • Final dinner at Lac Rose
  • Mechanical assistance on the route (mechanical assistance after the end of the stages is subject to payment of a rate/hour)
  • Medical and health care on the route
  • Local assistance: crossing borders and relationship with authorities
  • Reservations and management of ferry crossing Tarifa / Tangier / Tarifa (cost of travel is not included in the registration)
  • Reservations and management of accommodations not included in the registration (hostels and hotels)
  • Navigation and navigation elemens: Guide-book, tracks and waypoints
  • Decorative material for vehicles (stickers and dorsal)
  • Set of photos and videos posted regularly on Facebook, YouTube and other social networks

Deadlines

1st phase

Until 31st July with discount (Sahara Desert Challenge / Morocco Challenge).

2nd phase

Until 30th September (Sahara Desert Challenge / Morocco Challenge).

3rd phase

Until 30th October, with an increase of 100€ in each registration sign-up fee (Sahara Desert Challenge / Morocco Challenge).

After submitting the form, our team will validate your registration. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the bank details required to make the transfer.

All teams are considered “pre-registered” upon submitting the form, but the registration is only finalized once the corresponding payment is made: 50% of the total fee within 48 hours of submission, and the remaining 50% by the deadline of each registration phase.

The organization reserves the right to cancel any registrations that are not paid by the stipulated deadlines.

Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation until the end of Phase 1 (July 31) – Full refund of the amount paid, with a deduction of an administrative fee of €100.
Cancellation during Phase 2 (August 1 to September 30) – Refund of 50% of the registration fee paid, after deduction of the €100 administrative fee.
Cancellation during Phase 3 (1 to 30 of October) – Refund of 25% of the registration fee, after deduction of the €100 administrative fee.
Cancellations after October 30 – No refund will be granted, regardless of the reason.
